While working in a corporate office, we encountered numerous problems accessing information throughout the day. Our colleagues and we were losing nearly an hour each day switching applications and searching for the information we needed. Whether it was quickly accessing a database during a meeting, accessing Unix for production support, or managers trying to see task ownership and resource assignments in project management tools, we faced many challenges. To overcome these problems, we created Birdeye. It takes a bird's-eye view of all project management tools, documents, and monitoring tools and displays them in a bot. We are an inspired team that wakes up every morning, grabs a cup of coffee, and puts all hands on deck to think about our Birdeye product and how we can make work life more productive using it. We constantly question ourselves on how to revise features, revisit ideas, and execute them until they meet our customer's goals.
